Laure Hoffman

Associate Chair

In addition to being a positive and can-do person, Laure is a business and nonprofit executive with a track record of providing strategic vision and leadership for mission-critical growth, organizational performance and human resource excellence. She is an innovative, entrepreneurial leader who has worked with hundreds of high net worth individuals and business owners of all sizes, serving as a trusted advisor for many years.

Before joining The C12 Group, Laure especially enjoyed championing mission, vision and organizational messages to achieve business and nonprofit objectives and goals. Her prior experience in entrepreneurial, turnaround and growth stage environments have given her expertise in creating vision, long-range strategies and comprehensive plans for a variety of contexts such as retail environments, sales organizations and Kingdom investment (fundraising) teams. As a collaborative leader skilled in equipping, engaging and empowering teams of all varieties to create and implement initiatives that benefit the entire organization, she is recognized for her innovative approach to problem solving, exemplary work ethic and the ability to build collaborations between diverse groups.

Laure not only served more than 12 years as an executive director for pro-life pregnancy centers, but also worked as a field consultant for a national affiliation organization of more than 600 pro-life centers. In addition to running her own businesses, she initiated and completed a strategic turnaround for her family’s business, a manufacturer’s rep group in Denver, CO. She also worked at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) in the roles of director of development, capital campaign director and interim executive director of The UNCG Alumni Association.

More recently, Laure served as the Vice President, Kingdom Investment, for The Pocket Testament League, a 125-year old personal evangelism ministry that equips and mobilizes Christians to read, carry and share God’s Word, and as the Chief Development Officer for Haggai Institute, an international evangelism ministry that equips national leaders to share the Gospel more effectively in their marketplace/industry.

Laure grew up on Florida’s east coast and attended The University of Florida where she obtained a BSBA in Management. She later received her MBA from UNCG. Her interests include Bible study, reading classical Christian literature and helping others grow in their faith. She also has a passion for teaching God’s Word, practicing Christian hospitality and equipping business leaders for ministry, as well as serving others through mission trips and evangelism outreach activities.

She and her best friend and husband, Philip, live in Peachtree Corners, GA and have three grown children who are married to wonderful spouses: Ryan (Annie), Aaron (Jessi) and Caitlin (Andrew).

Our Members Say It Best

C12 is the largest and fastest growing Peer Advisory Group experience in the United States. Why?  The C12 Group is not a business Bible study. It's not a professional networking group or a guest speaker forum. It's a movement of Christian business leaders truly changing the world in and through the marketplace.
